My name is Carl Worrall and I’m the director of Complete Heat. With over 25 years’ experience in the heating industry, I provide expert domestic and commercial services across Manchester and the wider North West. I am fully qualified in both commercial and domestic gas work (Gas Safe registered), hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing, WRAS approval, F-Gas certification, Heat Pump Installation NVQ Level 3, and specialist qualifications covering unvented hot water, solar thermal, energy efficiency and electrical fault finding within heating systems.
For 15 years I worked extensively with biomass and solid fuel systems on large, complex installations. While that experience was invaluable, I chose to go independent to deliver something that can sometimes be lost in bigger organisations — genuinely high-quality workmanship and personal customer service from start to finish. Today I operate on a consultancy basis as well as undertaking installation, specialist fault finding, teaching and subcontract work. Depending on the scope of the project, I also coordinate and manage trusted teams of specialists to deliver larger or more complex installations.
I take enormous pride in what I do. Just because pipework is hidden away in a plant room or utility space doesn’t mean it should be sloppy or thrown together — neat, well-planned installations perform better, last longer and reflect the professionalism of the engineer behind them. I don’t leave a job until it’s completed to the highest standard. My reputation is built on integrity, reliability and work that speaks for itself, backed up by excellent testimonials from clients across the region.
Based in Manchester, I regularly travel throughout the North West supporting homeowners, landlords, commercial clients and other contractors. Whether it’s a straightforward domestic installation or a technically demanding system, you get honest advice, meticulous workmanship and the reassurance that the job will be done properly — not just quickly.
Away from work, I’m a family man with three children (three future apprentices in waiting), and most spare time is spent with family and friends — or tackling whatever project has appeared on the “jobs list” at home. I’m rarely without a toolbox or a brew, usually accompanied by something decent on BBC 6 Music.
